Working method:oyster shell crushing machine
The materials to be crushed are fed from the feeding port, sucked
into the coarse crushing area through the negative pressure of the
fan for coarse crushing, and the large particles after coarse
crushing enter the medium crushing area for secondary crushing.
After secondary crushing, the particles are separated from each
other by the grading wheel, and the particles meeting the
requirements of fine crushing enter the fine crushing area for
crushing. Large particles that do not meet the requirements of the
fine crushing area will remain in the medium crushing area for re
crushing. With the help of the fan wheel, the powdery powder in the
fine crushing area is discharged from the crushing chamber through
the negative pressure air flow of the fan through the discharge
port, and then enters the cyclone separator. The finished product
is discharged by itself through the electric rotary valve at the
bottom of the separator. The dusty gas enters the dust removal box,
the dust is blocked in the dust removal box by the cloth bag in the
dust removal box, and the clean gas is discharged from the fan
outlet.
