Working method:
The material is fed into the intake bypass air duct by the feed
device controlled by the frequency converter, and then pneumatic
transported to the classifier. After entering the mill, the
material is first sent to the classifier, any specification of
materials are directly through the classifier, the air will be sent
to the product filter. Coarse material rejected by the classifier
falls into the grinding area between the rotor hammer and the
surrounding grinding tracks. The particle size is not reduced until
it is fine enough to be picked up by the airflow in the mill and
presented again to the classifier. This internal recycling is
repeated until the material is fine enough to pass through the
classifier and leave the air classifier. The product is separated
from the conveyed air in the filter. Products through the Rotary
Valve discharge, clean air through the filter into the system fan
and air.
