Working method:
The material is sent to the air inlet by-pass pipe by the feeding
device controlled by the frequency converter, and then pneumatic
transported to the classifier. After the material enters the mill,
it is sent to the classifier first. The material of any
specification is sent to the product filter directly through the
classifier. The coarse material removed by the classifier falls in
the grinding area between the rotor hammer and the surrounding
grinding rail. The particle size is not reduced until it is fine
enough to be carried away by the air flow in the mill and sent to
the classifier. This internal recycling is repeated until the
material is fine enough to pass through the classifier and exit the
air classifier. The product is separated from the conveyed air in
the filter. Products through the Rotary Valve discharge, clean air
through the filter into the system fan and air.
Advantages:

a grading mechanism inside the material, which can grind and grade
at the same time and reduce the energy consumption.
2. Fan continuous heat dissipation, suitable for grinding of heat
sensitive materials.
3. Strong adaptability, narrow particle size distribution. Product
granularity is even, fineness can reach 80-320 Mesh.
4. The speed or air volume of the classifier can be adjusted
without stopping the machine, and the product with uniform particle
size distribution can be obtained.
5. Open the top cover of the main engine with a pneumatic spring.
The structure of the main engine can be opened on both sides, and
there are no obstacles when cleaning and repairing the internal
parts.
6. The main abrasive parts are made of high-quality alloy tool
steel, which can greatly prolong the service life or the
replacement cycle of the wearing parts.
7. Bearing system adopts imported high-speed precision bearing,
running smoothly, vibration, noise is small.
8. The pipeline adopts quick disassembly and assembly structure,
which makes disassembly and cleaning quick and convenient.
9. Equipped with cyclone separator and trap, the production process
will not fly dust. Dust bag can effectively collect the fine powder
in the air flow, meet the requirements of clean and environmental
protection of exhaust gas emissions.
10. The fine powder collected by the dust-removing cloth bag can be
recovered effectively. Reduce Material Wastage.
