Product Introduction:
This ZKS vacuum feeder is a new product developed by our company on

transport all kinds of materials to the hopper of packaging
machine, injection molding machine, grinder and so on. It can also

Working method:
When the Compressed air passes through the vacuum generator, a
negative pressure is generated by the vacuum generator to create a
stream of vacuum air, which is sucked into the nozzle and passed
through the suction tube to the feed chamber. This filter
completely separates the material from the air. When the material
is full, the air source is cut off automatically by the controller,
and the vacuum generator stops working. At the same time, the bin
door opens automatically and the material falls into the equipment
hopper. At the same time, the Compressed air is automatically
cleaned by a pulse backwash valve. When the time is up or the
material level sensor gives a signal, the feeder automatically
starts and reloads.
