Product description:
BSP series pulverizer set is ACM type pulverizer, with grading
device inside. It can be used to make very fine powder.
The raw materials, being fed into the grinding chamber by auger
slowly, are impacted, crashed, sheared bat high speed into super
fine powder. The powder size is basically determined by the speed
of classifier. So there is no mesh sieve in the unit. The speed of
classifier is controlled by inverter. The faster the classifier
rotates, the finer the powder is.
Advantages:

2) Adopting quality brand motor, electric parts, bearing and
operation parts.
3) Dust can be collected in dust collecting box, dust-free
production.
4) The powder production process is continuous because the grinder
has crusher part, cyclone, dust collector, etc.
5) The output powder can be very fine and the powder size
distribution is very even because of the grading wheels used in the
mill chamber.
6) No need screen or sieve in mill chamber, change powder particle
size by changing speed through inverter.
