Working Method:
Our BSO dryers use steam or electricity as heat. There is a steam
radiator or electric heating element that produces heat. Uses the
fan to carry on the convection heat exchange, transfers the heat to
the material, unceasingly adds the fresh air, discharges the
moisture. During the drying process, maintain the appropriate
relative temperature and humidity in the box.
The biggest characteristic is the most hot air circulation inside
the box, enhances the heat and mass transfer, saves the energy.
These two series are widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food,
light industry, heavy industry and other industries of raw
materials and products heating and dehumidification.
Main Structure:
The machine is mainly composed of drying chamber, Combustion
Chamber, electric heating pipe, ventilation system and control
system.
1. Drying Chamber: Stainless Steel material is used in the interior
and coated steel plate is used on the exterior, which can ensure
the drying process to be sanitary and corrosion resistant, and at

2. Combustion Chamber: In order to solve the production process of
smoke and dust, the combustion chamber and chimney connection,

3. Ventilation: In humidity control, ventilation system plays an
important role in balancing humidity and air in the machine.
4. Control System: Control Cabinet Control Electric Heating pipe
and fan. At the same time, a temperature and humidity tester is
