Our BSR powder blender is an efficient and versatile blending machine for mixing of dry granules & powders homogeneously. Approximate two third of the volume of the container of Ribbon Blender is filled to ensure proper mixing. The Ribbon Blender gives best result for mixing of dry powder & granules due to the design and shape of the mixing ribbon and product container. It can be used for Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical and Cosmetic products etc.

Working method:

Under the drive of straight league reducer,Mixer rotor does directional rotation.In the process of spinning,on the one hand, the ribbon pushes the material along the axial movement, on another hand, it takes the material up into the ribbon up front, and the outer ribbon makes the material always middle cylinder to the campaign, the inner ribbon makes the material movement from middle to both ends, so this formed in the course of sports material two circular logistics, in the process of circulating,material has been fully mixed.

Main features:

1. The special design of double ribbon is suitable not only for powder mixing but also powder-liquid, paste mixing or the materials with high viscosity or specific gravity. This is a flexibility mixing which have a low material destructiveness.

3. The angle of mixing cylinder are designed according to materials characteristics ranges from 180º-300º and the largest loading is 70%. Different sealing method are in option. As for ultra fine powder, pneumatic + packing seal are used as it improves sealing service time and effects to large extent. On the other hand, in terms of materials with good fluidity, mechanical seal is the optimized choice which can meet the requirement of different operation condition.
4. Products can be customized in different specifications, such as mixer with spray, vacuum system, cover support, heating system, ex-proof, break ribbon and etc in SS304 or SS316.
