Our BSTD series 3D powder mixer is widely applied in mixing for
powder in lines of pharmacy,chemicals and foodstuff industries, as
well as for quick and even mixing of various materials in different
granules size and gravity.
It is composed of base, governor motor shaft, rotary connecting rod
and barrel etc., material.barrel is driven by the positive shaft to
make complex movement including horizontal move, rotation and
roiling etc, which makes the material moved to 3 directions along
the barrel, therefore, highly uniform mixing of various material is
realized.
Working method:
Driven by the driving shaft, the BSTD powder blender's barrel with
the materials loaded performs cycling compound movements of
translation, rotation and tumbling, which make the materials move
annual, radially and axially along the barrel body, thus achieving
mutual flow, spread accumulation and mixing of materials for the
purpose of fully mixing.

1. With unique three-dimension swing,parallel moving,and rolling
methods, this mixer can generate a strong pulse movement to push
forward and to mix target materials continuously.
2. The excellent mixing effect is the result of its changeable
