Our BSTD series 3D powder mixer is suitable for mixing dry, powdery materials such as those used
in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food and metal powder industries.
They mix ingredients of different crystal size and density into a
homogeneous product quickly and in a closed environment, without
contact with the working environment or other materials.
It adopts a unique 3D pendulum and rotary trajectory, which mixes
the ingredients efficiently by constantly pushing them forward.
Working method:
The cylinder with materials is driven by the transmission shaft to
move, rotate and roll in a circular composite motion, so that the
materials move along the cylinder annually, radially and axially to
realize the mutual flow, dispersion, accumulation and mixing of
materials. For the purpose of thorough mixing.
