BST series Through-shaped powder mixer is used to mix the different powder materials evenly and
uniformly. It makes use of blades to rotate at the trough, mixing
the different materials.
This machine is a kind of horizontal mode trough type mixer. It is
a whole plane seat, the structure is strong, operation is smooth,
stirring paddle and the contacted parts with materials are made of
stainless steel. With good corrosion resistance, which keep
materials high quality and clean, don't change color.With worm gear
and worm transmit directly, without too much noise. It also has
sufficient reservoir capacity, can get good lubrication.
Working method:
By driving of mechanism of the mixer, the stir paddle turns the
target material to and fro to mix it evenly. Electric control is
applied to set the mixing time and the mixer will stop
automatically when time is up, so as to improve the mixing effect
of materials.
