Our BSR powder blenderis a horizontal powder mixing equipment, designed to mix all kinds
of dry powder. It consists of one U-shaped horizontal mixing tank
and two groups of mixing ribbon: outer ribbon displace the powder
from the end to the center and inner ribbon move the powder from
the center to the ends. This counter-current action results in
homogeneous mixing!
Working method:
It is in unique structure design of horizontal U-shaped barrel,
two-layer spiral band, which is efficient and fast for the mixture
of materials. Motivated by spiral band of the mixer shaft, the
external spiral band moves inward from both sides , making the
materials blending back and forth. Moreover, axial movements of
partial mixture are pushed by the spiral band, in this way
convective circulation can be achieved. The materials can be mixed
quickly and evenly in a short time.

homogeneity.

different raw materials and particle sizes,the homogeneity is very
high.
3. For viscous or cohesive materials, ribbon mixer performs much
better than other horizontal mixers.
4. The minimal gap between ribbon and vessel ensures mixing
efficiency and minimal dead spots.
5. The performance of packing seal and air purge seal for the main
shaft seal is airtight.It is abrasion-resistant and guarantees long
life in service.
6. Ribbon mixer is easy to clean through clean-out door or top lid.
7. The vessel fabrication is stable, robust and easy to install and
maintain. The whole mixing process is reliable which results in low
maintenance and low wear.
