Our BSLdouble shaft paddle mixer is an ideal mixing machine with low-speed, high-efficient and
energy-saving characteristics. It is widely applied in food,
chemical, medical, industry, etc.
It is machined by a directly connected reducer. The chains drive
the two-axis rotor to move in reverse at a certain speed. In the
course of movement, the paddle on the axis make the material run
forward on one hand, and on the other hand, throw it along with the
radial direction to the oblique-front space.
Working method:
It is consists of two rotors with reverse rotation directions,
welding many paddles in the rotor with different special angles.
Paddles make the materials counterclockwise rotating along slot
inner wall, and make materials stirring left and right. The
overlapped area of two rotors makes a zero-gravity area, no matter
what size, shape and bulk density materials are, they are even
mixed in the mixer.
Main features:
1. Rotate reversely and throw material to different angles, mixing
time is short.
2. Compact design and rotated shafts be filled with hopper, mixing
uniformity up to 99%.
3. Only 2-5mm gap between shafts and wall,open-type dischrging
hole.
4. Patent design and ensure the rotating axle & dischrging hole
with zero leakage.
5. Full weld and polishing process for mixing hopper, without any
fastening piece like screw, nut.
6.The whole machine is made by 100% stainless steel to make its
profile elegant except bearing seat.
