BSP ultra-fine pulverizer is a verticl shaft reflective micro
crusher, can finish at the same crushing and micro powder sorting
the two processes. It consists of the body, frame, feeding device,
crushing equipment, discharge tube, transmission device and motor
and other components, supporting the host, precipitator, high
pressure centrifugal fan, shut the wind instrument,a whirlwind
collector and electric control cabinet and other components of a
complete set of air turbine micro powder units. Don't stop in the
case,can be arbitary regulationsize.Products of granularity, fine
degrees can reach up to 60-2500mesh.
Working method:
The material would be conveyed by feeding system evenly to grinding
chamber, and would be impacted by high-speed rotating beater, and
also under the centrifugal force, it would impact the grinding
track. By several different pulverization powers, the material
would be grinded into fine powder. The grinded powder would go with
air flow up to the classifying chamber. With the help of adjustable
classifier wheel, coarse powder and fine powder would be separated.
Qualified fine powder would go through the wheel vane then into the
cyclone separator or dust collector, while mixture of coarse powder
and fine powder would fall down to the grinding chamber to be
grinded again.

(60-2500mesh).
