BSDF advanced hammer mill is our most advanced hammer mill set. It has a good grinding
effect for all kinds of spice(such as chilli, turmeric, coriander
seeds), of course, for some other food materials(like chickpea,
cassava, feed, herbs,etc), the grinding effect is also good.
Working method:
The material to be crushed is fed through the feed hole installed
at the top, and then sucked into the coarse crushing area for
coarse crushing through the negative pressure of the fan. The
coarse particles are transported to the second crushing area for
the second grinding. After the secondary crushing, the coarse
particles and fine particles will be separated by the grading
wheel. Then the particles which meet the fine grinding conditions
are crushed in the fine grinding area. Large particles that cannot
be finely ground remain in the secondary crushing area for re
crushing. Under the impeller of the blower, the powder crushed in
the fine crushing area will be discharged from the crushing chamber
through the negative pressure of the fan and enter the cyclone
separator. The fine powder will be discharged through the electric
rotary valve at the bottom of the separator. The dusty gas is
delivered to the dust collection box. Finally, the bag in the dust
collection box will collect the powder, and the clean gas will be
discharged from the fan outlet.
Main features:
1) BSDF has three knife groups in the mill chamber: Coarse Crusher,
Middle Fine Mill and Fine Mill, Normal hammer mill only have one.
2) BSDF can grind large materials directly. Normal hammer mill
can't.
3) BSDF doesn't need a sieve or screen mesh in mill chamber, change
powder size by changing speed by inverter. Normal hammer mill has.
4) Temperature of BSDF's mill chamber will not rise or only rise a
little, quality of powder not be affected by heat. Temperature of
normal hammer mill's chamber is much higher.
5) With the same power consumption, BSDF's capacity is much bigger
than normal hammer mill.
