Our ZKS vacuum feeding machine is the most advanced, ideal and perfect vacuum conveying equipment
of powder material, granular material, powder mixture. It can
automatically transport a variety of materials to the hoppers of
packaging machines, grinder etc, also, it can convey mixed material
directly to the mixer, thereby reducing the labor intensity of
workers and solving the feeding problem when the powder spills etc.
Working method:
The ZKS vacuum feeder unit uses a vortex air pump for air
extraction. The inlet of the absorbent faucet and the entire system
are in a vacuum state. The powder particles of the material are
absorbed into the material faucet by the surrounding air, forming
air flowing with the material. Through the tubes of absorbent
material, they reach the hopper. Air and matter are separated in
it. The separated material is sent to the receiving device. The
control center controls the "on / off" state of the pneumatic
three-way valve for feeding or unloading. The vacuum feeding device
is provided with a compressed air blowing device. The compressed
air pulse blows back the filter at each discharge. The powder on
the surface of the filter is blown away to ensure a normal
absorbing material.
