Our BS screw feeder machine is widely used to convey material during production/packing
process etc. in pharmaceutical, chemical and food industry.
It consists of feeding motor, vibration motor, hopper, and screw
and feeding tubes. Because of the use of vibration screw conveyor,
in addition to the regular 45-degree angle, the feeding tube can be
customized to other angles. Conveying capacity has several options
to choose from: 2M3/H, 3M3/H, 5M3/H, and 8M3/H. In addition to the
conventional 1.85 meters, the lifting height can also be customized
between 1 and 5 meters.

1. Installation, removal and maintenance is very convenient.
2. Bearing is sealed good.
3. Won't blocking materials when transporting.
4. Simple structure, small size, it occupied area and the space is
small.
5. The input and output can be adjusted according to your
requirement.
6. The material is SUS304, if you need other material(eg: SUS 316
food grade), please tell us.
7. The Length, width and the height can be adjusted according to
your requirement.
Packing details:
Export standard package. Fumigation wooden box or container.
For small machine, we pack it in wooden box.
For super big machine, we will separate the machine into several
parts and pack it with film. Then, fix them in container with steel
to avoid any shaking or moving during the shipping.
