Working method:
It is in unique structure design of horizontal U-shaped barrel,
two-layer spiral band, which is efficient and fast for the mixture
of materials. Motivated by spiral band of the mixer shaft, the
external spiral band moves inward from both sides , making the
materials blending back and forth. Moreover, axial movements of
partial mixture are pushed by the spiral band, in this way
convective circulation can be achieved. The materials can be mixed
quickly and evenly in a short time.
Main features:
1. It consists of a U-shaped container, a ribbon stirring blade and
a transmission component;
2. The U-shaped long body cylinder structure ensures small
resistance movement of the mixed material (powder, semi-fluid) in
the cylinder.
3. The positive and negative rotating screws are installed on the
same horizontal axis to form a low-dynamic and high-efficiency
mixed environment. The ribbon-shaped blades are generally made of
double or triple layers, and the outer spirals gather the materials
from the sides to the center. The spiral transports the material
from the center to the sides, allowing the material to form more
eddy currents in the flow. Speed up mixing and increase mixing
uniformity;
