BSP ultra-fine pulverizer is a kind of advanced pulverizer, which
has the advantages of stable technical performance, low noise, low
consumption, high efficiency, adjustable fineness, low temperature
rise, etc. It is very suitable for sugar, edible powder, Chinese
herbal medicine, spices, etc. This machine is composed of a crusher
part, a cyclone,a dust collector,a blower and an electric control
box. It is equipped with an air grading device, so that the
particle size of the product can be adjusted arbitrarily to prevent
excessive crushing. The pulverized powder is sent to the cyclone
dust remover through negative pressure, and then discharged through
the discharge valve.
Working method:
The material is fed into the crushing chamber by the dosing feeder,
and is impacted, sheared and ground by the high-speed rotating unit
and the stator equipped with grinding teeth. Under the action of
the centrifugal force of the classification wheel and fan in the
impact mill, the powdery material enters the classification zone
and is qualified. The powder was collected by the cyclone dust
collector and the bag dust collector, and the oversized powder
continued to be ground.
Main features:
1. Compact design and reasonable structure. The material is
equipped with an internal grading mechanism that allows grinding
and grading to occur simultaneously, thereby reducing energy
consumption.
2. Strong adaptability and narrow particle size distribution. The
product size is uniform, and the fineness can reach 60-2500 mesh.
3. Adjust the speed or air volume of the classifier without
stopping the machine to obtain a uniformly distributed product with
the required particle size.
4. The upper cover of the main unit is opened with a pneumatic
spring, and the structure of the main body can be opened to both
sides, thereby not hindering the cleaning and maintenance of
internal parts.
5. The main grinding parts are made of high-quality alloy tool
steel, which greatly prolongs the service life or replacement cycle
of wear parts.
6. The bearing system adopts high-speed precision bearings imported
from abroad, and the whole machine runs smoothly with low vibration
and noise.
