BSST vibrating screen is applied in the sorting of the granule size
of dry powder materials in trades of medicine, chemical and
foodstuff etc.It is composed of vertical vibration motor,a sieve
bottom, a mesh frame, sieve room,rubber vibrating bowl, and all
fastening pieces.It can be operated for sorting purpose either in
single sieve or multi-sieves.
The diameter of our BSST powder vibrating screen can be ranged from
400mm to 2000mm, with single or multiple screening layers(1-5
layers).Material can be divided into all carbon steel,contact part
stainless steel and all stainless steel.
Structure:
1) Screener box consists of screener frame, screener net, screener
shelf, clamp, labyrinth, airproof ring and discharge dish. The
screen and the dish are fixed by the special collet. If you want to
change the screener net, you only need to turn down the handle.
This screener box can used to screen the solid or liquid material.
The angle between the placket of the dish and horizontal line is
23°, which makes it more easier to discharge and more greater to
screen.
2) Transmission equipment consists of motor, delta-belt, rubber
flexibility shaft connector and eccentricity blocks. The block
vibration equipment is started up by the shaft connector. Its
advantage is that whenever it is started up or stopped, it is very
stable and there is no impact.
3) Vibration chamber consists of main shaft pedestal and suspensory
equipment of the vibrator. The suspensory equipment consists of
each three suits of the rubber frames up and down. The upper three
vibrators are fixed on the main shaft pedestal and the down ones
are fixed on the machine pedestal. They are connected through low
carbonic-steel suspensory stick. This structure makes the equipment
moving stably, little noise, and high efficiency.
4) Machine pedestal consists of the machine body and the pedestal,
under which it is equipped with the free-rotation truckle, so it
can move easily and conveniently. There is the checking door on the
pedestal, through which you can check up the parts inside.
Working method:
Vibration system: rubber flexibility shaft connector of the motor
and the main shaft; eccentricity vibration blocks on both side of
the main shaft; the suspensory screen box and the rubber aseismatic
frame connecting with the machine pedestal. The vibrator is
connected with the frame by the nonlinear rubber flexibility. It
can get the different screener fineness to adjust the different
phasic angles of the blocks. At that time, the raw material is
forced not only by the horizontal centrifugal force bur also the
vertical force, which make the material multiplex movement. The
bigger the phasic angle is, the greater the volution is.
