conveying equipment of powder material, granular material, powder
mixture. Vacuum charing machine can automatically transport a
variety of materials to the hoppers of packaging machines,
injection molding machine, grinder etc, also, it can convey mixed
material directly to the mixer (such as V-type mixer, double cone
mixer, zero gravity mixer etc.), thereby reducing the labor
intensity of workers and solving the feeding problem when the
powder spills etc.It is preferred equipment of the promotion of

Working method:
When the compressed air passes through the vacuum generator, the
vacuum generator generates negative pressure to form a vacuum air
flow, and the material is sucked into the nozzle and reaches the
feeder chamber through the suction pipe. The filter completely
separates the material from the air. When the chamber is full of
material, the controller automatically cuts off the gas source and
the vacuum generator stops working. At the same time, the warehouse
door opens automatically, and the material falls into the equipment
hopper. At the same time, the compressed air is automatically
cleaned by the pulse backwash valve. When the time is up or the
material level sensor sends a signal, the feeder automatically
starts and reloads.
