BSP ultra-fine pulverizer is developed and optimized based on the similar domestic and

Can be connected with air classifier consisting of production line
for protein separating and extracting from agricultural product,
for example:pea protein, wheat protein. Heat-sensitive, inflammable

Working method:
Material feed into the grinding chamber by a dosing feeder, they
are impacted, sheared and grinded by high speed rotating unit and
stator equipped with grinding tooth,the powdered material enters
into the classifying area, under the action of centrifugal force
from classifying wheel inside of impact mill and draught fan, the
qualified powder is collected by the cyclone and bag filter, the
oversized powder is continued to grinding.By adjusting the
classifying wheel speed to get different fineness products.
Main features:
1. The grinder is integrated with the classifier, and there is no
over-grinding.
2. Sharp particle size distribution, fineness 60-2500 mesh
adjustable.
3. The internal temperature is reduced by airflow, and the grinding
chamber is cooled by a water-cooled jacket, which is suitable for
heat-sensitive materials.
4. No dust pollution in negative operation.
5.The grinder is equipped with a slag discharge device, which can
automatically discharge hard impurities.
