BSDF advanced hammer mill is our most advanced hammer mill set. It has a good grinding
effect for all kinds of spice(such as chilli, turmeric, coriander
seeds, etc), of course, for some other materials(like chickpea,
cassava, animal feed, seaweed, fertilizer, oyster shell, etc), the
grinding effect is also good.
Main components:
1. Crusher part: It combines coarse crusher,middle fine milling
fine milling area(3 milling areas)together.Materials will be ground
three times at the same time.
2. Cyclone part: Can seperate dust from powder or granules.
3. Dust collector: According to different material's feature,
dryness, fineness etc, we can adjust the pulse time, gap time and
also sequence, to get better dust removal effect. The pulse
controls the air-hammer beating the outer wall, so that the product
will get 100% utilization.
4. Electric control box: Overcurrent protection, sensitive alarm
system will effectively protect the machine.
Working method:
The material enters from the feed port, and is sucked into the
coarse crushing area by the negative pressure of the fan for coarse
crushing. The coarsely crushed large particles enter the
intermediate crushing area for second crushing. The particles after
the secondary pulverization are coarsely and finely separated by
the classification wheel. The particles that meet the fine crushing
enter the fine crushing area for pulverization, and the large
particles that do not meet the fine crushing area continue to
remain in the middle crushing area and are repulverized. The powder
after being crushed in the finely divided area is discharged from
the crushing cavity through the negative pressure air flow of the
fan through the negative pressure air flow of the fan, enters the
cyclone separator, and is discharged through the electric rotary
valve at the bottom of the separator.
Main features:
1)No need screen or sieve in mill chamber, change powder particle
size by changing speed;
2)The mill combines 3-stage grinding (coarse crusher, middle fine
mill and fine mill) in one mill chamber, which means it can make
fine powder directly from big raw material, very effective, and no
need to use a coarse crush as a pre-mill.
3) Because it has no screen in mill chamber,while milling, there is
almost no heat rising in mill chamber. No need to worry about
powder gets stuck in the screens or product quality be affected by
the heat from the mill.That's why it is very suitable for grinding
heat-sensitive material or material contains fiber or a little oil.
4) It can save more power, its capacity is much bigger than other
same motor type traditional mill.
