This machine is our BSG series self absorb grinder, with whole
grinding system (crusher part, dust collector and cyclone).This
grinder is widely used in food, chemical and other industry. This
type grinder is very suitable for krystal materials grinding, for
example, this grinder can make 1-2 tons sugar powder per hour. And
for grinding leaves,grains,chemical powder,etc, this type is also
suitable.
With the dust collecting system, the powder dust will be collected
in the cloth bags, which is more environmental for the industry.
Working method:
The products enter into the grinding chamber through the hopper.
The product, impacted by the high-speed rotary grinding
discs/hammers, been thrown into the fixed Gear Rings, then been
bounced and sheared. Meanwhile, under the impact, cut, rubbing
force by turns, the material is micronized well. Under the negative
pressure from the Blower and Impeller, the powder are absorbed into
the cyclone through the sieve, pipes for discharging. And some
mini-powder dust is collected by the pulse de-duster.
Main Features:
1) Grinding Chamber is equipped with Water-Cooling system, which can
effectively avoid the high-temperature's damage to your products
caused during the grinding process.
2) Unique Impeller designed, the air-flow caused during grinding will
take the final powder products with the hot air together out of the
grinding chamber. No blocks/jam.
3) The Sieves are made from good quality Stainless Steel. Special
Design. You can change the mesh Sieves easily when you need another
mesh size powder.
4) Wonderful Cyclone-discharging system, your desired final evenly
powder will be discharged from our automatic rotary discharging
device by a discharging motor, which makes the final powder be
discharging smoothly, no powder flying.
5) The machine also equipped with a Dust-Collecting system, which
is used for collecting the mini-powder produced unavoidable during
the grinding process into a collector, this process makes sure the
final discharging powder from our automatic rotary discharging
device to be much more uniform.
6) All Stainless Steel Constructed, according to GMP standards,
meet the food-grade, chemical-grade, pharmaceutical-grade
standards.
