Our BSF high efficient hammer mill is developed by mixing powder injection technology and is widely used for material grinding in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries.

Working method:

This machine is a high speed running one. The target material is smashed by the cutting and grinding of high speed knifes,which the figure and size of knifes can be selected in accordance with diferent material and the size of granules can be acquired by screen changing or speed-regulating.

Main features:

1. The parts in contact with the crushed material are made of stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance.
2. The agitator assembly is dynamically balanced, which can reduce vibration and noise levels and increase bearing life.
3. Casters for mobility and breakage can be used for machines fixed in one place.
4. The fineness of the final powder can be achieved by returning the screen or changing the speed.

Packing and shipping:

1) Normal package is wooden box(Size: Depends).
2) Fumigated wooden box if requested.
3) Big size machine packed by frame and fixed by steel wire with container
4) If container is too tigher,we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.
