center, and the inner ribbon push the material from the center to
both sides to get a high effective mixing, so horizontal
double-ribbon mixer is widely used in powder material manufacturing
process in many fields, like chemical, medicine, food and
construction fields. It is suitable for mixing different kinds of
powders, powder with small quantity of liquid, and powder with
granule.
Working method:
In the direction of rotation, the outer ribbon pushes materials
from both ends to the middle, while the inner ribbon pushes
materials from the middle to both ends. Ribbon wind with different
angle direction carries the materials flowing in different
directions. Through continuous convective circulation, the
materials are sheared and mixed thoroughly and quickly.

1. It is suitable for mixing materials of powder-powder and
power-liquid, especially for paste,powder and thick materials, such
as putty, stone coatings, metal powders etc.
2. It is a new type of mixing equipment with high efficiency, high
uniformity, high load factor,low energy consumption, low pollution

3. Double ribbon mixer drive the material from two ends to centre
through the help of the outer ribbon, while the inner ribbon push
the material from centre to two ends, thus, material achieve a high
mixing effect at short time.
4. The ribbon mixer can be equipped with heating or cooling jacket
if temperature control is required. We will add spraying or
atomizing unit inside the tank.
