Working method:
It is horizontal grinding designed to reduce large material into
smaller pieces. With counter wheels at the shaft ends,it won't be
blocked during operation. Raw material injected in the hopper ,
crushed and sheared by fixed and rotating blades in grinding
chamber. By rotating centrifugal force, the material flows to the
exit automatically.The final product size is controlled by screen
mesh.The blades are made of sturdy and durable hard alloy steel.
Main features:
The parts in contact with the crushed material of this machine are
made of stainless steel and have good corrosion resistance. For
easy cleaning, the enclosure is fully enclosed. The interior walls
are treated and the surface is flat and smooth, ensuring that the
production of materials such as pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals
and so on is more in line with national "GMP" standards.
