Our BSR ribbon mixer is widely used in solid-solid (i.e. powder and powder), solid-paste
(i.e. powder and glue) Mixing, especially for viscous materials. It
is not suitable for mixing materials with large fiber content and
large density difference. Stainless steel is recommended for putty
paste, real stone paint, biology, medicine, food and other
industries.
Working method:
It is composed of transmission parts, double-layered ribbon
stirrer, and U-shaped barrel. The outer spiral coiled form
cooperates with the direction of rotation to push the material from
both ends to the middle, and the inner ribbon drives the material
from the middle to the two ends Pushing, the different angles and
directions of the spiral ribbon make the material flow in different
directions. The material is continuously mixed by continuous
convection circulation and shear mixing to achieve rapid mixing.
The spiral structure cooperates with the rotation direction of the
main shaft to drive the material inside the simple wall to the
central discharge port to ensure that there is no dead angle in the
barrel.

1. It is suitable for mixing materials of powder-powder and
power-liquid, especially for paste,powder and thick materials, such
as putty, stone coatings, metal powders etc.
2. It is a new type of mixing equipment with high efficiency, high
uniformity, high load factor,low energy consumption, low pollution
and little destruction to frangible material.
3. The major sections of a mixer are barrel, ribbon agitators,
feeding ports, discharging port and driven unit.
4. Double ribbon mixer drive the material from two ends to centre
through the help of the outer ribbon, while the inner ribbon push
the material from centre to two ends, thus, material achieve a high
mixing effect at short time.
5. The ribbon mixer can be equipped with heating or cooling jacket
if temperature control is required. We will add spraying or
atomizing unit inside the tank.
