Working method:
Raw material is delivered to the grinding chamber via hopper by
spiral feeder, and is cut and sheared by the high speed cutters,
then the material is moved into the whirlwind separator and the
sack dust catcher by the negative pressure sucking method, the
ejection material meets the product requirement. That's why BSP herb grinder machine can make super fine powder and can be used as a fine powder
grinder.
Main components:
1. Pulse dust collector: collect dust in the dust collector. There
are several dust bags in the box, and the dust bag holder is also
made of stainless steel, which is easy to remove. Pulse spray
cleaning is very convenient for dust collection.
2. Crusher part: left motor is crushing motor, right motor is
classified electromechanical machine. A small screw feeder is used
to ensure a uniform and controlled feed rate.
3. Materials enter the grinding chamber through the screw conveyor
and are cut and ground in the grinding chamber by a rapidly
rotating blade. The powder enters the grading chamber through a
guide ring.
4. Cyclone Separator: Cyclone separator can separate dust and
powder (particles). The rotary valve is made of stainless steel
with uniform powder speed. Easy to clean and disassemble.
