Working Method:
The raw materials are transported to the crushing chamber by the
Screw Feeder through the hopper, cut and cut by the high-speed
cutting machine, then the raw materials are sent to the cyclone
separator and the bag filter by the method of negative pressure
suction to discharge the materials to meet the product
requirements. This is why a BSP grinders herb can make ultrafine powder and be used as a fine powder grinder.
Main Components:
1.Pulse Dust Collector: collect the dust in the dust collector. The
box is provided with a plurality of dust-proof bags, and the
dust-proof bag bracket is also made of stainless steel for easy
disassembly. Pulse spray cleaning is very convenient for dust
removal.
2.Crusher part: Left Motor for the crusher motor, right motor for
electromechanical. Small spiral feeder is used to ensure uniform
and controlled feed speed.
3.The material enters the grinding chamber through the screw
conveyor, and is cut and ground in the grinding chamber by the
rapidly rotating blade. The powder passes through the guide ring
into the classification chamber.
4.Cyclone separators: Cyclone separators can separate dust and
powder (particles) . The Rotary Valve is made of stainless steel
with uniform powder velocity. Easy to clean and disassemble.
