BSP herb pulverizer is composed of crusher, cyclone separator, dust collector, fan,
electric control box, etc. It has the capabilities of winnowing, no
screening, uniform particle size, and continuous processing. It
meets the international advanced level and is suitable for medicine
and chemical industry, materials crushing in industries, food, etc.
Working method:
The raw materials are conveyed to the grinding chamber through the
hopper through the screw feeder, cut by the high-speed cutting
machine, and then sucked into the cyclone separator and the bag
dust collector through the negative pressure. Therefore, the BSP herb leaf cutting machine can produce superfine powder and can be used as a fine powder
grinder.
Main components:
1.Pulse dust box: Collect dust in the dust box. There are multiple
dust-proof bags in the box, and the bag holder is also made of
stainless steel for easy disassembly. Using pulse jet cleaning,
dust removal is very convenient.
2.Crusher part: The left motor is a crushing motor, and the right
motor is a grading motor. Using a small screw feeder to ensure
uniform and controllable feeding speed.
3.The material enters the grinding chamber through the screw
conveyor, where it is cut and ground by the rapidly rotating blade.
The powder enters the classification chamber through the guide
ring.
4 .Cyclone part: The cyclone separator can separate dust and powder
(particles). The rotary valve makes the powder output speed even,
and is made of stainless steel. Easy to clean and disassemble.

1) Simple structure, convenient installation and maintenance.
2) There is a water cooling jacket around the grinding chamber, and
the bearing can cool the machine.
3) Motors, electrical appliances, bearings, and operating parts
adopt world advanced brands.
4) There is no dust during the production process, and the dust can
be collected in the dust removal box.
5) No need to sieving, the particle size can be changed by changing
the speed, and the powder particles are uniform.
