The BSP gold herb grinder is composed of crusher, cyclone separator, dust collector, fan,
electrical control box and other components. With selection and
screening capabilities, uniform particle size, continuous
processing. It is suitable for industries such as pharmaceutical
and chemical industry, industrial raw material crushing, and food
industry.
Working method:
The raw materials are transported to the grinding chamber by screw
feeder and hopper, cut by high-speed cutting machine, and then
inhaled by negative pressure cyclone separator and bag filter.
Therefore, BSP industrial herb grinder can produce ultra-fine powder, which can be used as a fine powder
grinder.
Main components:
1. Pulse dust box: collect dust in the dust box. There are several
dust bags in the packing box. The bag rack is made of stainless
steel, which is easy to disassemble. It is very convenient to use
pulse jet cleaning.
2. Crusher part: the left motor is the crushing motor, and the
right motor is the grading motor. Small screw feeder is used to
ensure the feeding speed is uniform and controllable.
3. The material enters the grinding chamber through the screw
conveyor, where it is cut and ground by the rapidly rotating blade.
The powder enters the grading chamber through the guide ring.
4. Cyclone separator part: cyclone separator can separate dust and
powder (particles). Rotary valve using uniform velocity powder,
stainless steel material. Easy to clean and disassemble.
Main features:
(1) simple structure, easy installation and maintenance.
(2) there is a water-cooled sleeve around the mill, and the
bearings cool the machine.
(3) there is no dust in the production process, and the dust can be
collected in the dust box.
(4) without Sieving, the particle size can be changed by changing
the speed, and the powder particles are even.
