BSP herbal machine is consisted of main motor,auxiliary motor,and
electrical control cabinet with the capabilities of
winnowing,non-sieve or mesh,equality of granule size,and continuous
processing etc. it meets the international advanced level and is
suitable for the material grinding by the trade of
pharmaceutics,chemical ,and foodstuff etc.
Working Method:
The raw materials are fed into the grinding cavity by the screw
feeder, and after being cut by the high-speed cutting machine, they
are sent to the cyclone separator and the bag filter through
negative pressure adsorption. The discharge meets the product
requirements. This wood herb grinder is suitable for making superfine powder.
Main components:
(1) The left motor is a crushing motor, and the right motor is a
grading motor. Small screw feeder is used to ensure uniform and
controllable feeding speed.
(2) The material enters the grinding chamber through the screw
conveyor, and is sheared and ground by the fast rotating blades.
The powder enters the classification chamber through the guide
ring.
(3) The rotating valve makes the powder output speed even. The
rotary valve is made of stainless steel, which is easy to clean and
easy to disassemble.
(4) Dust is collected in the dust collector box.

(2) there are water cooling sleeve and bearing cooler around the
rolling mill.
