Our BS high speed hammer mill is designed for the grinding of
herbs, stems roots, tea leaves, spices, grains, and other
materials. It is widely used in pharmacy, food, chemical and other
industries.
Working method:
The machine consists of three parts: a frame, a crushing cavity and
a feeding part. There is a movable cutter head on the spindle. A
fixed ring gear is installed in the grinding chamber. Under the
ring gear, there is a strainer. When the spindle is working at high
speed, the movable cutter head runs together. The material is
impacted, rubbed, and cut by the fixed ring gear and movable
hammer. The materials also collide with each other. Under the
combined effect, they are crushed into powder.
Main features:
It can make powder in lines of food, pharmacy,chemical...etc.
Material is smashed by the cutting and grinding of high speed
knives.Knife of type can be selected according to different
material and size of granules.
